For solo operators, small and mid-size teams
Stop losing jobs you already have.
Zapyo tracks your clients, quotes, and callbacks: who is waiting on a quote, who you promised to call back, and which job is about to go cold. You do the work — Zapyo reminds you before the client calls someone else.
14 days, no card. Sign up by 30 September: $9.99/month for the first year (then $17.99). See pricing.
Sound familiar?
You did not lose the job because you were too expensive.
You lost it because you never called back.
A client "saved" on a scrap of paper
A number scribbled on a receipt, details kept in your head, deadlines set by gut feel. A week later you cannot remember who called first or what you promised.
Quote sent — then silence
You sent the estimate and got back to the job. The client waited three days for a call, then signed with whoever actually followed up.
"I’ll follow up in the spring"
You promised to reach out in three months. Without a reminder, that promise quietly dies — and it was practically a done deal.
Every forgotten quote is real money you are leaving for a competitor.
What Zapyo does
A client list that reminds itself.
No modules, no rollouts, no training. Just what closes jobs — and pulls the next one out of the clients you already have.

Push reminders
Your phone nags you about a client before you get the chance to forget.
"Call Reynolds back" pops up on the lock screen at exactly the right moment — even with the app closed and you halfway up a ladder.
- Reminders for quotes, calls, and promises
- A contact rhythm for old clients — service visits and check-ups surface themselves
- Works like a regular app — an icon on your home screen, zero installing
A client in 5 seconds
A name and a phone number — that is enough to save a client between one bucket of adhesive and the next. Add the rest — trade, expectations, notes from the call — whenever you get to it. Need a field for "roof type" or "guest count"? Add your own with one tap.
+ custom fieldsQuotes that do not quietly expire
Every quote has a stage, an amount, and an expiry date. When something has been sitting too long, it lands in "Needs attention" — before the client has a chance to forget you.
quote pipelineA memory for every conversation
After every call, jot down two lines. Next time you talk, you know exactly where things stand — and the client can tell you remember them.
Old client, new job
Set a contact rhythm — say, once a month — and Zapyo tells you who to reach out to. The easiest job you will ever land is from a client who already trusts you.
Needs attention
Zapyo automatically flags things going cold: a quote with no reply, a client you have not touched base with, a promise with no deadline. One list to check every day.
Move your clients over in 2 minutes
Upload a CSV or XLSX file, paste a link to a Google Sheet — or export your contacts from whatever system you use today. Columns get matched automatically, duplicates get skipped. The list that has been sitting in a spreadsheet starts working for your next job from day one.
Ready-made mappings
How it works
Three steps. Zero onboarding.
On one side: sticky notes, texts, and "I’ll remember it." On the other: relationships that come back with another job. In between — Zapyo.
Save the client
A name and a phone number, right from your phone. The client is on the list before you put your phone back in your pocket.
Add a quote or a promise
An amount, a stage, a deadline — or just "call back Friday." That is all Zapyo needs to keep watch.
Do your job
Zapyo will nudge you with a push notification when it is time. All you do is call and close the job.

FAQ
Questions tradespeople actually ask.
What is Zapyo?
Zapyo is a simple app for solo operators, small and mid-size teams that keeps track of clients, quotes, and callbacks. You save a client from your phone in 5 seconds, add a quote or a promised call-back — and Zapyo reminds you with a push notification before the job goes cold. A client database, quote pipeline, and reminders in one place, with no rollout and no training.
How much does it cost?
Solo is $9.99 a month if you create your account by 30 September 2026 — that price holds for the first year, then it is $17.99. Team is $17.99 a month for an account for two people, plus $8.99 for each extra person ($32.99 after the first year). The full price list is further up this page.
When do I start paying?
After 14 days. You create an account without a card and get the full Zapyo for two weeks. When the trial ends the account goes read-only — your data stays, you can still see it and export it, but you cannot add anything new until you pick a plan. Payment runs through Stripe; the card goes to them, we never see it.
I signed up during the beta. What happens to my terms?
They stay exactly as you got them. Accounts created by 31 August 2026 keep the beta promise — the new price list applies to accounts created from 1 September 2026.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Zapyo runs in the browser — on your phone and computer. You can add it to your home screen with one tap and it works like a regular app, push notifications included.
I have clients in a spreadsheet or another system. What happens to them?
Upload a CSV or XLSX file, or paste a link to a Google Sheet — columns match up on their own. Coming from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Bitrix24, or Livespace? Just export your contacts to a file and upload it to Zapyo.
Is my data secure?
Your data lives on servers in Frankfurt (European Union), every account is isolated, and only you have access. You sign in with a password or a Google account — passwords are checked against known breaches, so weak ones get rejected right away. In the installed app, you can sign in with a one-time code from email instead of a password.
How is this different from big customer-management systems?
Those tools were built for sales teams with pipelines and reports. We are building Zapyo for the person who quotes the job, does the job, and chases the payment — solo. That is why everything happens in seconds from your phone — and the only thing you have to remember is… nothing. Zapyo remembers for you.
You will close the next job,
because Zapyo will remind you.
