Terms of Service
Governing language: Polish. The full, binding terms of service are published in Polish at zapyo.app/regulamin. This page is a short, good-faith summary for English-speaking visitors and is not itself a substitute for the Polish document. If the two ever disagree, the Polish version governs.
1. Who provides the service
Zapyo is operated by Flamin Joe Studio Dominika Kasprzyk, VAT ID (NIP) 5792303226 (contact: hej@flaminjoe.studio). Zapyo is a tool for keeping track of clients, quotes and reminders, built for small service businesses.
2. Your account
- You need an account, created with an email address, to use the service. Sign-in works via a one-time link or code sent to that address.
- Each account is for one person. Whoever can access your inbox can access your account, so keep it secure.
- The service is intended for business or professional use.
3. Scope and price
- A new account starts with a 14-day trial with full access. The trial does not require card details.
- When the trial ends, the account switches to read-only: your data stays available to view, export and delete, while adding and editing are blocked until you choose a paid plan.
- Current prices are shown on the service's website. The price that applies to your account is the one displayed on the payment screen at the time of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the next billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- The promotional ("founding") price applies for 12 months from the start of the subscription. After that the subscription renews at the regular price shown on the website at the time of purchase.
- Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store your card details.
- Accounts created on or before 31 August 2026 keep the terms they were created under and are not subject to the charges described in this section.
- If you are a natural person running a sole proprietorship and the contract is not of a professional nature for you given the scope of your business, you have the right to withdraw from the paid-plan contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason — email hej@flaminjoe.studio and we'll refund the overpayment within 14 days using the same payment method. By checking the box on the payment screen you give your express consent to the Service starting before that period ends and acknowledge that, if you withdraw, you'll pay only for the period you actually used up to the day of withdrawal, in proportion to the price — not for the whole period paid for.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change to your active, paid subscription, stating the reason for the change. A change never applies to a period already paid for. If you don't accept the change, you can cancel at no extra cost before it takes effect; not cancelling means you accept the new price from the next billing period.
- We may change or extend features over time; we'll give advance notice before removing anything significant.
4. Your data and your clients' data
- How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Notice (and, in binding form, the Polish Polityka prywatności).
- Personal data you store in the service (e.g. your clients' details) is processed only on your behalf and instructions, as a data processor under GDPR Art. 28. By using the service you instruct us to store, display and delete that data for as long as you keep your account. The detailed terms (scope, security measures, breach notification, audits, deletion) are set out in the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms; on request we send it as a PDF for signature.
- We rely on the sub-processors listed in the Data Processing Agreement (Supabase for the database in the EU, Vercel for app hosting, browser push vendors for notifications); we give at least 14 days' notice of changes and you may object.
- You're responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter — in particular the legal basis for processing your own clients' data. This also applies to data you import from files (CSV, XLSX, Google Sheets) or other systems: by importing a database you confirm it was collected lawfully and that you have a basis to keep processing it. We do not verify imported data — we only skip duplicates.
- Deleting your account permanently deletes the data entrusted to us.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: enter unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, query the service programmatically in a way that disrupts it, or resell access without our consent.
6. Liability
- We work to keep the service running reliably, but during this free beta we don't guarantee any specific level of availability (no SLA).
- Keep your own periodic copies of important data (the app lets you view/export your records; our database backups roll over on a cycle of up to 30 days).
- Our liability for damages arising from use of the free service is limited to cases of wilful misconduct, to the fullest extent the applicable law allows. This limitation does not affect statutory consumer rights where they apply to you.
7. Complaints and ending use
- Send complaints to hej@flaminjoe.studio — we reply within 14 days.
- You may request account deletion at any time by email. We'll delete your account and all its data without undue delay, within 14 days at the latest.
- We may close an account that breaches §5, after a prior warning to stop the breach.
8. Final provisions
- We'll announce changes to these terms by email or in the app, with 14 days' notice. Continued use after that date means acceptance; if you disagree, you may delete your account.
- The governing law is Polish law, and the binding text is the Polish Regulamin.
