About Zapyo

Product

Zapyo is a simple app for solo operators and small to medium-sized service teams: solar installers, paving contractors, electricians, plumbers, physiotherapists, event planners. It keeps clients, quotes and callback reminders in one place.

A small service business rarely loses a job over price. It loses it over a missed follow-up. A quote sits unanswered. A promised call slips the mind. An old client hears nothing for months. Zapyo keeps it all in one record and sends a push reminder when it is time to call.

Zapyo is built by flaminjoe.studio. Data lives on servers in Frankfurt, in the European Union.

Founder of Zapyo

My name is Tomasz Chmielewski and I am the founder of Zapyo. For 10 years I have helped small and medium businesses grow. I started in 2015 at Pikseo, a marketing agency in Toruń, Poland: first in sales, then running the client service team for over three years, building SEO and Google Ads strategies for exactly the kind of businesses Zapyo was made for. Along the way I worked with clients at the Skalium, Sitari and Get Noticed agencies, and spent almost four years managing affiliate campaigns in e-commerce (expondo). Today I work with clients in the advertising industry, and since 2022 I have been running the flaminjoe.studio studio together with Dominika, building websites and tools for small businesses. I live and work in Toruń, Poland.

A tool where these things remind themselves.

Over those years I have seen up close what a tradesperson's day looks like: phone in one hand, notebook in the other, a quote sent yesterday and already forgotten. I built Zapyo so these things remind themselves.
